In the article titled “From a surgeon’s view: the role of anesthetists in minimally invasive mitral valve surgery”, published on pages 2-6, Issue 1, Volume 14 of The Egyptian Journal of Cardiothoracic Anesthesia [1], the name of the all author is written incorrectly as "Sabry Haytham, Namjosh Gyanesh, Hosny Hisham, Birdi Inderpaul" instead of " Haytham Sabry, Gyanesh Namjoshi, Hisham Hosny, Inderpaul Birdi".

The “How to cite this article” section should read correctly as “Sabry H, Namjoshi G, Hosny H, Birdi I. From a surgeon’s view: the role of anesthetists in minimally invasive mitral valve surgery. Egypt J Cardiothorac Anesth 2020;14:2-6”.
